Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:
Please note that refunds for notarial services cannot be given, as our services involve the authentication and witnessing of legal documents, which are non-reversible transactions. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may no longer require our services or have made an error in booking. In such cases, we offer the following options:
1. Rescheduling: If you need to change the time or date of your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. While we cannot issue refunds for notarial services, we may be able to assist you with rescheduling or provide guidance on alternative solutions.
3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in forfeiture of any fees paid.
